Services and Fees
Therapy services are provided in your home, one to two times per week. If requested, an alternate location will be provided. Therapy sessions are 45 minutes in length. After the session, 10-15 minutes is available for you to ask questions and discuss your child's progress. Payment is due at the time of service.  If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please call at least 2-hours in advance. If an appointment is made, and no one is home, a cancellation charge of $30 will be billed. Three missed appointments may result in termination of services. However, should a family emergency arise and you were unable to make contact to cancel, please call me as soon as possible. In these cases, no cancellation fees will be charged. Sessions are scheduled in 8 week blocks. At the end of each block, a consultation will be held with you to discuss progress and to determine if further therapy is required.
Speech and Language Assessment	$75/hour	A full speech and language evaluation is performed. Your child's expressive (how they talk), receptive (how well they understand) language skills are assessed. A language sample will also be recorded. You will receive a written report summarizing the data collected during the evaluation. If your child is found to have a communication delay, this report will include suggested goals for you to provide to your speech-language pathologist.
Speech and Language Therapy	$60/session	At the end of each session, you will receive a written record of that day's goal, activity, and results.  You will also  have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
Group Rates	individualized rates provided	If contacted by an organization, with a request by two or more families needing speech and language services, A reduced rate will be charged per family/per home visit. call for more information.
College/University Rates	discounted student rate	Students attending a college or university qualify for reduced rates. please call for more information.
Accent Modification Assessment	$70/hour	This assessment includes an evaluation of your spoken English and how it is impacting your ability to communicate with native English speakers. Client goals will be discussed and a course of therapy will be suggested.
Accent Modification Therapy	$60/session
Payment	At this time, we do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service, unless alternate arrangements have been made. However, we will be happy to provide you with a billing statement for you to submit to your insurance company, or your medical flexible spending account, for reimbursement.
